Finding just the right wedding hair style can take quite a bit of time. It is probably best to find your wedding dress and veil first before deciding on the hairstyle. Typically the hair style will coordinate with the dress for an overall great finish.
Great places to look for wedding hair style include online photo galleries, wedding and women magazines, salon books and entertainment shows. Once you find several styles that you really like, you can take copies of the picture to your hair stylist and show him or her exactly what you are looking for. Your stylist will be able to adapt the style you like to make it work for you, your wedding dress and your overall style.
If you are doing your own hair, you might want to enlist several friends to help you with creating your style. Sometimes it can take several different practice attempts before you get just the right look. Practice practice practice until you get it right. See More Wedding Hair Styles in large gallery

Long, wedding hairstyles are very romantic
The extra long length can be achieved easily by attaching human hair extensions. There are clip-in extensions that can be attached for a very temporary style, or there are more permanent extensions that are attached directly to the natural hair for a more permanent attachment using bonding, fusion, locs, links or string. Wedding Hair Styles
Hair styles for your wedding can be very fancy, see photo left, or very ordinary. This wedding hair style features a lot of twists, curls and special effects.
This is not a style that you can easily create on your own. For best results, print a picture of the hair style that you like and take it into your stylist. A picture will help your stylist visualize what you are looking for.
Some brides even schedule a trial run several weeks before the wedding just to make sure their hair will be perfect and the way they want.

Beautiful wavy wedding hairstyles
Long, flowing waves make this style, see photo left, ideal for a romantic wedding. Match it with any type of wedding dress for a stunning look.
Texturising layers were added into the very ends of her hair for extra body and movement and lots of body was added through the top section as well as the ends to give Janelle as much movement as she wants. This is a great hairstyle for those with finer hair as it will create more thickness throughout. A look such as this will require regular trims to keep the shape.
How to Style:Apply mousse to damp hair then blow-dry using a medium vent brush, turning your hair under as you go along. Smooth shine the top layers and then lacquer lightly for hold.

Wedding Hairstyles that are very elegant can be difficult to find. Matching your hairstyle to your wedding dress can be even more difficult. The style worn by Michelle Williams, pictured left, can accomodate virtually any wedding dress while maintaining an elegant, romantic look.
This is a sexy style for this new mum from the 2006 Oscar Awards. The top has been pinned up into a soft ponytail and soft tresses have been left to flow down around the face. Soft side swept bangs have also been cut to add shape and definition to the style.
How to Style:Allow up to 2 hours styling time for hot roller setting, teasing, pinning and spraying. This long lasting style is great for all occasions and all weather conditions. For more details or to try on this style, just lick on the photo.

Beautiful Wedding Hair Styles

Deciding on how you will wear your hair for your wedding is an important decision. Don't put it off like so many brides do. Getting a last minute appointment at top salons can be extremely difficult.
If you have 6 months before your wedding, book a trial run with your stylist and a wedding day appointment. The trial run is important to try out the hair style you want and make sure it works with your dress and most importantly your veil or headpiece.
Another great benefit of the trial run is that you can see how your hair will hold up throughout the day. If you are getting married outside, this can be a very important thing to know. Who wants to have a frizzy mess while dancing?
So the secret is preparation. Plan, make your appointments and bring several photos of styles or updos that you like to your appointment. Some stylists may recommend you bring your headpie ce or veil as well. See great hair styles at http://www.hrweddinghair.com/
